In the growing electric vehicle (EV) market, EN1 aspired to be the leading name in Nigeria. To achieve this, they needed more than just a cutting-edge product—they required a compelling digital presence that could connect with potential customers, elevate their brand, and drive conversions.
My role as Design manager was to spearhead their digital transformation, ensuring that the digital experience mirrored the luxury and performance of their vehicles.
As Design manager, I was responsible for:
Strategic Oversight: Defining the project vision, goals, and success metrics.
Team Leadership: Mentoring the team and fostering collaboration.
Stakeholder Management: Aligning input from executives and ensuring project alignment.
Resource Allocation: Securing tools, time, and team resources.
Quality Assurance: Reviewing designs for consistency and strategic alignment.
Process Optimization: Streamlining workflows and improving team efficiency.
The Why
EN1 aimed to capture Nigeria’s growing EV market. My role:
Design a premium, user-friendly platform.
Enable vehicle exploration and customization.
Boost revenue through merchandise sales.
Streamline operations with a backend system.
Beyond aesthetics, the experience had to be seamless across web, mobile, configurator, kitshop, and admin portal—reflecting EN1’s luxury and performance.
The How
We designed for Nigerian users seeking luxury EVs amid rising petrol costs. They needed:
An intuitive platform for vehicle exploration.
Culturally relevant content.
A seamless mobile-first experience.

Framing the problem
User feedback made our challenge clear: EN1 needed a digital experience that was both premium and practical. Users expected effortless luxury, whether exploring cars or shopping for merchandise.
How do we showcase luxury without sacrificing usability?

We quickly prototyped intuitive user flows, balancing luxury with usability.
Website & Mobile App:
Minimalist homepage with high-quality visuals and smooth interactions for an elegant browsing experience.
Car configurator allowing users to customize and visualize their ideal EV in real time.
Kitshop for EN1-branded merchandise, enhancing brand engagement and revenue.
Admin Portal:
• Streamlined dashboard for managing car orders, merchandise, and customer inquiries efficiently.
